Wedding Guest Transport with Attention to Detail – For when you want more than just a bus. We take care of all the organisation/coordination of transporting guests to and from your wedding. (see brochure)
Experience tells us that usually 40% of guests make use of the service when it is offered. Our notification cards, to be slipped in with your invites, includes a 1300 number for your guests to contact us from all over Australia for the cost of a local call and email details for those coming from overseas.

Allows for multiple departure times over 3 hours up to 1am and includes our staff member on site to coordiante same.
Possible Additions
An extra $100 per hour per bus waiting time - if ceremony & reception are at different locations.
An extra $50 per hour per bus after 1am.
An extra $50 per hour for additional cleaning of buses required beyond normal.
To confirm your booking a part payment of $350 can be paid by cheque, credit card or direct credit – this is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within one month of the booked date; $100 is retained for cancellations made prior to this.
As we only coordinate one wedding per day for maximum care and attention it is best to secure your date early.
